Notes

The colour is the result of the must being obtained throughsangria after contact with the skins.

The intense fruit aromas are fascinating on the nose. You can feelthe soft sweetness of lime blossom and hints of peach andblackberry.

In the mouth, it's delicious and addictive. The acidity is striking, thepredominance and robustness of the Touriga Nacional are veryevident and are well combined with the other grape varieties, particularly the elegance of the Tinta Roriz.

Its characteristics make it gastronomically very versatile. It goes well with fish, seafood, sushi, sashimi and curry dishes. However, its structure also allows it to harmonise with some meats, particularly grilled meats.
